Artist's Description

I was enjoying a stroll in rural Florida down a gravel path when I saw a herd of cows in the meadow. I continued walking and saw this guy finding some shade beneath the canopy of trees. I walked up to the cow with nothing between us but a barbed wired fence that had seen better days. Understanding the nature of animals, I quickly took my shot. Just as the shutter clicked shut, the cow lowered it's head and charged the fence. I let out a little yelp as it stopped short of the fence then turned and walked away into the meadow to join it's friends.

About Shannon Williams

Shannon Williams

Hey there! Welcome to my Gallery. I'm originally from Portland, Oregon, and am currently traveling North America capturing landscapes and cityscapes across the country. I picked up a camera before moving to Alaska where I honed my photography skills using the stunning mountains and rivers of the vast, wild tundra as my classroom.
