A photograph of Lake Quinault on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington state on a foggy morning. Located in one of the only Rain Forests in North America, this lake is tucked deep off the highway in a pocket surrounded by gigantic trees and hiking trails galore. The still mornings are my favorite time to enjoy all the lake has to offer.

I picked up a camera before moving to Alaska where I honed my photography skills using the stunning mountains and rivers of the vast, wild tundra as my classroom.
