Description
Denali National Park is one of my favorite places in the world. The vast wilderness calls to me. There's something about the untouched land, the sprawling mountains and rivers that makes me feel at home. At the same time, I know this is a fantasy. The majority of the wildlife here is dangerous - black bears, grizzly bears, moose, wolves, and more. The extreme temperatures of the Alaska winters would kill me in minutes if I came unprepared. The mosquitoes in the summer would eat me alive. But still, every time I visit the wilderness of Denali, I get lost in a dreamlike state with fantasies of what it would be like to just stay. Stay and live with the caribou and the wildflowers, surrounded by the mountains with the sounds of the rushing rivers. It's a daydream I could stay in forever.
