We were hiking the Hall of Mosses trail in the Hoh Rain Forest located at the Olympic National Park in Washington State when we spotted these beautiful little mushrooms growing on the side of this tree. The Pacific Northwest is full of nature beauties such as this. We almost hiked right by them when I spotted the mushrooms out of the corner of my eye. I threw on my macro lens and began shooting the fungi! The colors turned out as a soft pastel in the edit and reminds me of something I would hang in a nursery.
