Description
The Bleeding Heart will always have a special place in my heart. When I was a kid our neighbors were just like Grandparents to me and my sister. They had a beautiful backyard garden and my favorite flower that bloomed each year was the Bleeding Heart. I couldn't understand how nature could produce something so beautiful and, well, accurate. Last year in Fairbanks, Alaska I visited a greenhouse and spotted these Bleeding Hearts and just had to break out my macro lens and take some shots. As of right now, this is by far, my favorite photograph. I hope you love it as much as I do.
